How much can I save with the Rénoclimat program?
Canada Green Housing Grant
In Quebec, registering for Rénoclimat is the only way to access the Canada Green Housing Grant.
Financial assistance from the federal program can reach a maximum of $5,000 for eligible work, but is not automatically added to the assistance offered by Rénoclimat. For each participant, the financial assistance offered by the Rénoclimat program will be adjusted according to the work carried out and the amounts provided by the federal program. As a result, once the two amounts of assistance have been applied, you will receive an amount equivalent to or greater than that initially provided for in Rénoclimat.
Special cases of multi-unit dwellings
Do you own a duplex, triplex or multi-unit residential building? The financial assistance available under the Rénoclimat program will be higher than for single-family homes,but if you're not sure, you can contact us to find out more.
